Add a Leaf Mould Module To Your 'Classic' Compost Bin

Compost Bins are flying out of the factory and the small Compact Bin is proving a popular stand alone solution to all those leaves.

For the next few weeks we are selling a SPECIAL Leaf Module for the Compost Bins measuring 90 x 67cm. It just slots onto the Classic Bins and can be set aside for leaves alone. Adding a length of 67cm to your Classic Bin it is a copious 0.4cu m.

We all love trees but all those leaves can be troublesome.  Keep them separate from your general compost in this leaf mould composter module – a simple and effective way to handle bulky leaves in autumn.

We are giving an extra special discounted price of £42.00 (normally £52.00) for a very limited period only, simply enter discount code ‘LEAFMODULE’ at checkout and pay only £42.

Don’t miss out as this offer won’t be around for long!

One of the new products that has been introduced at The Recycle Works this year is this Herb Dryer from Nether Wallop that was launched at Chelsea this year.

Herb Dryer from Nether Wallop

We thought you might like to see one being actually used and this picture is in my kitchen where I’m now using the Herb Dryer to dry the chillies that I’ve grown for the very first time in my greenhouse.

The plan is to dry them all so that I have my own home-grwon supply of chillies to last me throughout the winter so I’ll keep you updated as to how long they take to dry. So far they have been on the rack for three days so watch this space! Dried chillies for my winter cooking await!

Teach Yourself Bird Sounds CD

This double CD will help you identify the bird songs and calls in your garden and broad-leaved woodlands. It features 45 species of birds.

Teach Yourself Bird sounds from CJ Wildlife is very much a tutorial.

For each species a detailed commentary takes you through what is distinctive about each bird song or call and includes a selection of memory aids, such as the song of a Dunnock is similar to the squeaky wheels on a trolley.

You are also told how to distinguish between bird sounds which can be confused with those of another species.

CD1: Garden Birds with a running time of 48 mins CD2: Woodland Birds with a running time of 52 mins

Price only £13.99
